Since his early start to his career since 1995, Kevin has been a trailblazer in the staffing/recruiting industry. His years of experience only matches his entrepreneurial spirit having started in business as an owner/operator of TRK Systems. With his strong background as an recruiter working for fortune 500 hundred companies he set out on his own path to challenge the industry. Currently serving as CEO to the company he built with brother TJ, Kevin serves his clients to give them best quality service possible.

As an expert in the staffing industry since 2002, TJ serves as the COO to Adapt Staffing. Having won several awards throughout his storied career TJ was a manager of a Fortune 100 company for 12 years in the Richmond area working and managing a workforce of over 130 employees. His passion for excellence is apparent throughout his management career, who had also worked for a national restaurant chain where he interviewed and hired employees maintain large staff also adding to his experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.

- TJ has been a resident of the Richmond area since 1987.
- TJ lives to serve and has also worked heavily in developing several communities and charities has served four years as a Board member on a residential community association.
- Having served in many Richmond Charity events, TJ has also been actively involved in his children’s school activities, including coaching many of their sports teams.
Business Development Manager
Mike Roberson is an HR Specialist with more than 20 years of experience. He also is an expert with Client Management Relations certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). He also served as a past president of the Richmond branch of SHRM.
Having lead teams in a wide variety of industries and environments he has grown successful programs in employee development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations and diversity management through various small and large organizations. He currently serves as the Business Development Director for Adapt Staffing putting his expertise into solving his clients’ challenges and developing successful solutions for their needs.

Jasmine joined the Adapt Staffing Agency in 2014. Jasmine is bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and currently focuses most of her time on recruiting, interviewing and training our candidates. Jasmine has developed a talent for constructing recruiting campaigns “adapted” specifically for each of our clients. Her strategies have proved to be both cost effective and efficient. Before joining our team Jasmine had several successful years in recruiting and in the staffing industry.
Jasmine attended school in Puerto Rico and enjoys spending time with her family and church.
Veronica has been in the staffing industry in Richmond since 2000. Veronica is
completely bi-lingual. Her high level of professionalism and strong work ethic helped
Veronica promote her career. She quickly became a “Key Account” person and then an
“On-Site Coordinator” and then an “Office Manager”.
She has helped to develop a variety of staffing strategies and policies to assist many
local client companies. Some of these experiences include the development of client
orientations and employee training programs. Her ability to quickly understand and distill
job assignments details is a true asset. Over the last 15 years Veronica has
successfully filled thousands of positions for well over a 150 companies.
