Since Kevin Tortoriello began his career in early 1995, he has been a trailblazer in the staffing/recruiting industry. 

His initial years of experience provided a foundation for his entrepreneurial spirit.  After working as an accountant for several manufacturing-based firms, Kevin moved into staffing and began recruiting for Fortune 500 firms. This experience set him on a path to challenge the staffing industry with fresh ideas.  Kevin started and ran TRK Systems as an owner/operator. 

The success of starting his own firm encouraged Kevin to continue forward.  He now serves as CEO of Adapt Staffing Agency, a a firm he built with brother, TJ.  Adapt Staffing Agency delivers high-quality professionalism and staffing service to clients throughout the USA.

Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York (Plattsburgh) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
